Clearing the decks

queenbarwenchI have 26 tabs open in my browser awaiting some action on my part. I need to clear the decks so I can run updates on my PC. In theory, I could use session-saver, but it will reopen my DW tabs without logging me in, and DW doesn't redirect when that happens. So, deck clearance. Please prepare for incoming spam (sorry).
Firstly, in case anyone hadn't already worked it out, I'm a geek. 85% geek, in fact.

Secondly, I spend very little time on Journalfen, except for perusing the occasional Fandom Wank item. But this entry in the FAQ struck me as funny. Somebody's being mean to me! What do I do? Yes, I am a bitch, and proud of it.
Thirdly, various posts on![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
metafandom have been talking about The Bechdel Test. I'm ashamed to say I had to look this up. But now I have educated myself and shall be more attentive in the future.
Fourthly, today was supposed to be a lazy day. So I've been sanding down the patio table in preparation for varnishing.
Fifthly, who invited the clouds? They're spoiling my evening sunshine! (also, gotta love the wi-fi!)
Sixthly, I think my numbering system is getting a little silly.
Seventhly... Nope, I'm done for this post.
